Technical support is the final and one of the most important stages in the range of services for the implementation of the industrial electric heating project. The technical support provided by the company "Energy of Heat" ensures the successful use by our partners of newly installed or already operating equipment of the industrial heating complex. As part of technical support, work can be done to diagnose and eliminate the causes that lead to malfunctioning or complete (partial) inoperability of equipment and / or software, as well as provide the necessary advice and clarifications.
Technical support work can be carried out both remotely and with company employees visiting the equipment installation site.
Technical support for the installed and launched industrial heating complex is carried out throughout the warranty period under the conditions determined by the contract, and at the request of the client can be extended for the post-warranty period by concluding a technical support agreement.
